Oak Park's ¡Viva! Festival returns Saturday, Oct. 10, with food, live entertainment and kids' activities on the Village Hall south lawn.

The free outdoor celebration runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 123 Madison St., according to the Village Manager's weekly report. The Village is hosting the festival as its signature Hispanic Heritage Month event. Hispanic Heritage Month runs nationally from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15.

The festival has become an annual Oak Park tradition. The Village's OP/FYI newsletter billed the 2025 edition as the "third annual" ¡Viva! Festival, held at the same location with similar programming.

The Village has not announced specific performers or vendors for this year's event. Residents can check the Village's ¡Viva! Festival page at oak-park.us/VivaFest for lineup updates as the date approaches.
