Oak Park police arrested Ian Coger for criminal damage at Pete's Fresh Market and Charles D. Stallings on a larceny warrant on Aug. 5, while the same 24-hour log recorded a burglary, vehicle break-ins, a catalytic converter theft and a license plate theft across the village.
